Growtheseed offers children's Islamic literacy books with attractive colorful illustrated story concepts at affordable prices. Currently, Growtheseed has 11 people team and sales partners which spread throughout Indonesia. As time goes by, the proportion of Growtheseed employees could not achieve the target that had been initiated. The decline in turnover of 25.05% in 2022 does not show a trend in line with the global growth of the printing and publishing industry which has grown 2.6% post-pandemic. The quarterly OKR (Object Key Result) of the research and development and marketing became a symptom of the problem due to not being achieved majorly in 2022. Some of these symptoms were that several RnD, Marketing and Human Capital OKRs were not achieved. Moreover, the human capital field, which was carried out by the founder directly, had not also achieved the OKR target during the same year. According to the organizational effectiveness concept, the issue that Growtheseed currently faces is managerial in terms of the resource system. Business exploration is carried out by reviewing the company's internal environment which includes human resource analysis, managerial analysis, and structural analysis described in the Mckinsey 7S concept and 5 why root cause analysis. The primary research data was obtained through interviews with the founder, co-founder and questionnaires to all Growtheseed employees through qualitative and quantitative methods. Secondary data is acquired through company documents, academic journals, and online articles to complete the analysis. The business solution is proposed to increase the effectiveness of the internal organization in achieving business growth in the organizational phase through establishing job analysis and job evaluation in order to reference for recruitment employee and designing salary structure for each work position. Lastly, this study proposes the submission of a progressive salary structure and restructuring of the organizational structure of certain work positions to carry out effective work coordination.
