| Summary: | Web-based and paper-based survey measured both pattern of responses and respondents’ attitude and preference towards survey methods. Although previous studies suggested that Web- and paper-based survey results were comparable, authors argued that they are not. Web- and paper-based surveys with identical survey questionnaires were distributed to Undergraduate Students of School of Business and Management of Institut Teknologi Bandung. Data collected from both survey methods were compared using chi-square test. The result of the study suggested 50% differences in distribution of responses between the two modes that are possibly caused by sources of disturbance. |
