Summary: | Current information shows that Indonesia is one of the biggest coffee-producing country in the world. In 2015, Indonesia was ranked number four after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia. This condition led to the growth of coffee trader and coffee lovers in Indonesia. This growing coffee sector generates a lot of business opportunities. Hilbrew Coffee was established in 2014 as a coffee supplier company that based in Bekasi, West Java. This start-up company is still growing to become a major player in the coffee supplier market. After three years, Hilbrew Coffee still doesn’t have any system to measure their performance. As a growing company, Hilbrew Coffee needs to be more competitive in their business and record a positive growth. This could be done if they have a measurement system to maintain their company quality. This research use Integrated Performance Management System as the framework for measuring company performance. The company doesn’t have a clear vision and mission, so the researcher proposed a vision and mission that is clear and meet good vision and mission criteria. This research also developed 16 variable with 18 key performance indicators for Hilbrew Coffee. The primary data is gathered through discussion, interview and field observation. In this research, the data is gathered by qualitative method through field observation and interview with the owner. Secondary data gathered are vision and mission, organizational structure, production report and financial report. The discussion with the owner of Hilbrew Coffee resulting in new performance framework for the company. Also there are new vision and mission that direct company to the clearer direction. By having new performance management system and refreshment of their vision and mission, Hilbrew Coffee should be more sharp and competitive in the business of coffee supplier. |
