Summary:Job satisfaction is a very crucial factor in organization life. There are lots of thing that could support to create job satisfaction in an organization. This thesis is aiming to do the in depth study about job satisfaction through some variables, among those are personal value, leadership style perseption and organization culture. Personal value is chosen to be one of the variables in this research to see its effect to leadership style to be used by a leader in an organization. Beside that, personal value is chosen also because Indonesia has various different tribes and cultures that make the researcher wants to see how those differences effect in an organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research is conduct in PT.Inti because the company is one of the national companies that have lot of employees with culture backgrounds. To find the correlation between those variable to job satisfaction, this research use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), because with this method researcher can measure variables, which is not connected directly but intercorrelated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Through SEM personal value, leadership style perseption and organizational culture have positive effects to job satisfaction. In this research, we find out that organizational culture could strength the correlation between leadership style and employee’s job satisfaction. <br />
