Virtual office system development for resources management in Microelectronics Center ITB, is caused by the need of ICT in this organization, mainly for supporting research, education, and development activities. Where the ICT plays a rules as a communication media or tools and processing digital data. <br /> <br /> <br /> The Concepts of managing, displaying, and processing of digital data and communication by applying virtual office concept is to create the organization next generation. Microelectronics Center manages and alocates program and stakeholders/sponsor project resources. Virtual office system that is going to be developed, supply a communication, access and transfer, and display information for research member through web-based services, with using a computer network that is already exist in this organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> This facility uses standard platform to support the using of information technology. Managing program activities in this organization that has been built by project leader, can be applied through this system. Next, project leader become easier to manage and control a program into single entry point format. <br />
