EVACUATION OF PREPARATION INFRASTRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES IN THE REGIONAL STADIUM GELORA BANDUNG LAUTAN API

The stadium is one of the public facilities that can be used for various events. In addition, the stadium can facilitate the public in large numbers. Generally, the stadium is used to hold sports events, for example football and athletics. In Bandung, there are several sports stadiums, one of which is Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) located in Gedebage, Bandung. Currently GBLA stadium is often used to play football matches, considering Bandung is a homebase of football club Persib Bandung. The use of GBLA Stadium by the club naturally increases the activity around this stadium and the increased activity in this area of course must be coupled with the readiness of infrastructure supporting visitor activity at GBLA Stadium. Until now there has been no evaluation on the readiness of infrastructure supporting activities so that this study aims to evaluate the readiness of infrastructure supporting activities in the sports area GBLA stadium. Therefore, to know the level of preparedness of supporting infrastructure conducted assessment of each infrastructure based on primary data collection in the form of observation and interview and secondary data review. While for the analysis method used content analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis, and pseudo-evaluation. Based on the analysis conducted, the supporting infrastructure of the activity is the parking lot, access road, the availability of public transportation, and signs in the stadium area. Evaluation result based on the assessment of each infrastructure variable found that all types of supporting infrastructure are still not ready to serve the visitors of GBLA Stadium, both in terms of development plan and the existing condition at this time. The level of achievement indicators of each type of infrastructure is still worth in the range of 20- 50%. This must be considered so that problems arising from the implementation of the event at GBLA Stadium can be minimized.
