To resolve this problem an alternative electrical generator usage such as micro hydro electric generator, wind electric generator, marine current electric generator, Solar Cell electric generator, Sea Rise and Fall electric generator, and Fuel Cell electric generator are needed. Those generators are generally only took small amount of time to built and it also tend to have relatively cheap source of power, eg: fuel cell, sun, wind and sea water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From several alternative generators, PLT Fuel Cell (PLTFC) indicates rapid development due to the ever increasing fuel cell technology research and production at several developed countries. Fuel cell technologies are considered more efficient and do not cause pollution. PLTFC uses hydrogen fuel that reacted chemically with pure oxygen resulting electrical energy. In this chemical reaction there are no burning process like in PLTU or PLTD, thus no pollution, the result of this reaction is water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The problem identification is how to judging the plan of Investing in PLTFC to replace PLTD with analysis Capital Budgeting at PT XYZ Area SULUTENGGO, Branch Tahuna, Sangihe Island. To evaluate investment feasibility using capital budgeting criteria that includes NPV, IRR, payback period and Profitability index. text
