Description
Summary:In promotion process, a civil servant teacher is evaluated based on accumulated credit scores. The results of credit score assessment for group IV/b up to IV/d teachers can be seen through the Elektronic-Penilaian Angka Kredit Guru (e-PAK Guru) website. This research aims to measure the level of satisfaction of e-PAK Guru users, analyze usability factors of e-PAK Guru that need to be improved, and compose suggestions for improvements that can be implemented in e-PAK Guru. Measuring the level of satisfaction using the Webqual 4.0 method which consists of indexes of usability, design, information, trust, and empathy. Webqual 4.0 data collected through online questionnaires to 797 teachers from groups IV/b to IV/d. For usability factor analysis using usability testing method to obtain effectiveness data, lostness score (a measure of how lost respondents are to measure efficiency), error rate, Retrospective Thinking Aloud (RTA), and eye tracker metrics. Data collection for usability testing was carried out on 10 teachers who had never used e-PAK Guru (class III/a to IV/a teachers) by being asked to do 4 scenarios. Scenario 1 includes looking for website usage guide. Scenario 2 choosing the period for proposing credit scores. Scenario 3 looking for an assessment of physical evidence and credit score assessment files. Finally scenario 4 looking for excess or lack of credit scores. Then for the proposed improvement by compose interface prototype based on the usability factors that have been collected. The results showed that all indices had a high level of satisfaction because they had values above 0.9 (maximum value of 1.0). Then from usability testing it is found that e-PAK Guru is not fully effective because scenarios 1,2, and 4 have effectiveness below 70%. Efficiency is still lacking because scenarios 1,2,3, and 4 have a lostness score above 0,4 (for an efficient scenario the lostness score has a value below 0.4). Furthermore, from the error rate, RTA, and eye tracker data, it is obtained in detail the elements on the website that have problems so that suggestions for improvement can be created, there are 12 suggestions for improvements that have been created.
