Academic stress has undoubtedly plagued students in Indonesia for many years. Based on previous research, it is found that the effects of academic stress felt by students can lead to negative effects such as engaging in violence, drug abuse, drinking alcohol, and committing suicide. In this research, the author would like to express his concern about this phenomenon. The sample used in this research was final-year non-itb public university undergraduate management students in Bandung. This research utilizes interviews and FGD as qualitative methods in order to explore the phenomenon. It is discovered that 3 factors were influencing students' academic stress, it was the final project process, non-academic workload, and insecurities. The most significant factor was the final project, that was discovered to be harmful to students. Followed by insecurities, which were also discovered to be harmful, and the non-academic workload factor that was classified as a threat. This research resulted in findings that students' behavior was negatively influenced by academic stress.
