A senior living can meet the needs that continue to grow with age. An integrated residential area for the elderly can support positive aging. Integrated residential areas for the elderly are still not commonly developed, even in big cities in the Jabodetabek Metropolitan Area, such as Bogor City. This research will formulate principles, concepts, and illustrations for the design of an integrated residential area for the elderly population in the location of South Bogor, Bogor City. This research is explorative-themed research and uses a fragmental design method to explore design ideas and concepts. This research’s outputs are the design of an integrated residential area for the elderly which accommodate the vision and development plan of the area. The design adopted the CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) concept to integrate residential and health facilities. The design also provides public facilities, employee facilities, adequate circulation and parking, green open spaces, and develops comfortable building arrangements.
