The legitimation of Law No. 32 year 2004 about Regional Government which is a revision of the Law No. 22 year 1999 is the starting point of the implementation of regional autonomy. And since the implementation of regional autonomy, the value of a region become very important meaning. This is related to the regional authority to manage the natural resources found in the area. The problem that related to regional boundary is the crucial issue. Boundary area that is not clear, often conflict. In addition, General Allocation Fund (DAU), which is one of its parameters is a broad area, from the central to local governments is not clear calculations. This is the reason that the importance of a regional limit is set. In this research, the limit of the sea area Bangka Belitung province is determined to refer to the Law No. 32 year 2004, Permendagri No. 1 year 2006 and the implementation of UNCLOS 1982 for a broad region. And the end result of this research is a Map of the Sea Regional Border Province of Bangka Belitung.
