Description
Summary:The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the growth of tele-healthcare, enabling patients to access healthcare services remotely. This paper focuses on the growth of tele-healthcare in Indonesia, where Halodoc and Alodokter are the top two providers in Indonesia. The study aims to measure the carrying capacity and growth rate of these providers and compare them with Kry from Euripe and MyChart from the US, using data from Google Trends. Three of mathematics model such as Gompertz, Logistic, and Richard’s Curve model are used to analyze the growth of these tele-healthcare providers. We also reviewed the factors contributing to the growth of health apps and identified areas for improvement. As a result, Halodoc is a health application in Indonesia that has a more stable growth rate compared to Alodokter and there is no significant competition between them. In addition, health applications such as Kry and MyChart have systems that are more integrated than health applications in Indonesia and are an opportunity for health applications in Indonesia to carry out further system integration.
