Educational facilities consist of training rooms, studios, temporary accommodation, and child care as supporting facilities; action facilities consist of retail and rental offices; and counseling facilities consist of consulting rooms. The building, with an area of up to 3400 m2, stands on a site of 7000 m2. The economic dependency that causes victims of domestic violence to stay and not immediately report the perpetrator is the background for designing this project. This governmental project aims to empower women to be economically active. Apart from the education-action-counseling problem, another problem that is trying to be solved is creating an inviting space for women. The use of a circular inner courtyard to connect humans with nature and highlight the dynamic form, as well as the use of housing scale, are the concepts in this building. The Empowered Women's House (RPB) is divided into three masses with two floors. The mass is divided based on the function it accommodates to simplify room identification. As mentioned before, a housing scale is one of the concepts applied to this building because housing is one of the basic needs of every person. With it, users can feel familiar and safe inside the building. It is implemented through the gable roof and the dimensions of the space used, which are six meters wide and three meters high. The materials used in this building include concrete for the structure, ivory white finishing paint, wood panel composite, brown mesh panels, bricks, and bitumen or asphalt roofing. The neutral-colored materials aim to bring a feeling of relaxation to every building user. text
