As social beings, humans are interdependent with other people. In this digital information era, social media is the closest thing to humans. All accessible information can help humans interact and become social interactions. The attachment of technology such as cellphones and laptops allows humans to express themselves in an artificial world. The development of globalization creates virtual friendships. This virtual interaction will not always occur every day so that when the interaction in the virtual world decreases it will create lonely and attention seeking behavior to get attention in the form of that interaction again. In the process of creating works, the authors carried out several stages, namely reviewing literature studies on the theory of art as a symbol and supporting theories of loneliness and attention seekers. The author then also brings interactivity as an interactive form of presenting works made in the medium of video art installation. The conclusion from the creation of this work is that the author can convey a form of expression in the form of symbols on social media, and the form of attention he wants to display is not injurious to someone because the attention he wants to seek is to get enough attention
