There are more than 200 heritage buildings in Lasem, but many are not maintained and are left empty. Meanwhile, these buildings witness the story of Lasem cultural folk arts that the existence is also now under threat, such as the Gagrak Laseman Puppet, Laesan Art, Bengkong Puppet, etc. One of the most well-preserved cultural heritages is the Lasem hand-written batik, which is related to the big role of women in its existence. Even so, there are still environmental problems in the written batik industry. Therefore, 'ecofeminism' is used as an approach to the facility's design that can be a place for preservation as well as cultural education by strongly highlighting the side of women and nature in it. Based on several methods such as literature study, interviews, surveys, and direct observation, analysis data were found related to users, facility requirements, along with design concepts that can be offered. Facilities that can be the answer to these problems are cultural center facilities with varied space facilities also programs and carry concepts related to multi-ethnic values (Chinese, Javanese, Arabic), written batik, and its heritage side with contextual designs. The contextual design in question is in the form of revitalizing heritage buildings using the adaptive-reuse method, both in terms of interior design and architecture. The architectural buildings are taken based on previous research which has carried out adaptive reuse methods that are then processed to focus more on the interior, semi-exterior, and exterior areas as an integrative supporting design aspect. The results of the technical design focus on a spatial organization that is divided into four major areas (culture, education, culinary, and commercial) and conceptually focus on the application of representative materials, colors, and visual form aspects. Meanwhile, the value of ecofeminism itself is spread across various aspects of interior design, including the educational content displayed. text
