Assessment of risk factors for ergonomic hazards at work in the work industry of Indonesia so far has not used standardized ergonomic assessment tools. This makes the quality of the results of the ergonomic assessment in each work industry in Indonesia differ. This final project research aims to identify and understand the complaints regarding to musculoskeletal disorders among workers in the warehouse area at an FMCG company in Indonesia using standardized ergonomics evaluation tools in the workplace in Indonesia. The tools used in this research is SNI 9011:2021. The FMCG company as the research object has determined three important types of work to assess ergonomic risk factors, namely Raw Material and Packaging Material (RMPM) Warehouse helper workers, Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse helper workers, and forklift operators. In general, in implementing the SNI 9011: 2021 tools in this study, the workflow was divided into four, namely (1) Completing a survey of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders, (2) Assessment of ergonomic risk factor scores using the ergonomic risk factor (ERF) checklist, (3) Providing ideas for control solutions, and (4) Implementation of intervention solutions. After the workflow was carried out, complaints of musculoskeletal disorders were found from the respondents who were used as the object of research. These complaints are assessed through two aspects of assessment, namely based on the level of frequency of complaints and based on the severity of the pain felt. In general, the parts of the body that are most often complained of with severe pain are the lower back, upper back, neck, right hip, and left hip. This study succeeded in implementing one of the proposed intervention solutions, namely the installation of a lumbar support on the forklift operator's chair. The results of the implementation of this tool succeeded in reducing the level of pain in the lower back and hips, so this was welcomed by the company's management and workers in the field.
