Therefore, monitoring water vapor is essential for weather monitoring and climate change studies at a global or regional level. One parameter used to quantitatively measure water vapor is Precipitable Water Vapor (PWV), which represents the amount of water that would form if all the water vapor in a column of air were condensed. In recent technological developments, PWV can be estimated using Global Positioning System (GPS) measurements, specifically through Zenith Tropospheric Delay (ZTD) values. This study aims to estimate PWV values and evaluate their relationship with the El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO) phenomenon in the Bandung region. Hourly PWV data will be analyzed to identify daily patterns and phenomena within them. Furthermore, the processed PWV values will be observed daily and linked to the ENSO phenomenon to analyze the relationship between PWV and El Niño and La Niña events. The results show that in 2010, a strong La Niña event occurred with an average PWV value of 37.6 mm; in 2015, a strong El Niño event occurred with an average PWV value of 17.5 mm; and in 2013, an ENSO-neutral condition was observed with an average PWV value of 47.4 mm. At 9 AM on working days, the PWV values show an increase, attributed to the high human activity level. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the ENSO phenomenon influences PWV variability in the Bandung region. text
