Summary:Insecurity has now spread to everyone since technological advances on social media, because many upload their lives on social media. This feeling of insecurity is more common in women, especially in Indonesia, which stipulates that a woman's standard of beauty must be white, must be tall, must have body goals, and others. These standards make many women insecure about themselves, this feeling of insecurity makes them feel unworthy to be loved, and unworthy of others, excessive insecurity can also cause mental health problems in themselves. The song "Tutur Batin" chosen for this study is a song that has meaning and a story that represents women who are experiencing an insecure phase, especially in terms of appearance and difficulty accepting themselves completely, which will be conveyed through a fashion product as an emotional expression. The method is carried out through the imagination method of spontaneous response to the emotions felt to produce a work of visual art from a piece of music by using the exploration of the surface design Technique as a medium to convey messages and feelings in fashion products. Fashion products are made as self-expression to eliminate feelings of insecurity in all women, which will be poured or visualized in a semi-formal dress to convey the message and feeling that all women have the right to wear beautiful clothes with the perfection that everyone has as contained in the meaning and lyrics contained in the song "Tutur Batin" by Yura Yunita
