Summary:Wear Kultur, Cynical.exe, and Wear Label are fashion SMEs with their own organizational growing stage. Based on the interview held with the SMEs’ owner, problems that occurred in their organization are fashion that always changing, unstable cashflow, and ineffective marketing. The goal of the research is to make the right business process indicator plan design for fashion SMEs. Interview, discussion, and Pugh Method are the methods used in this research. There are four indicators emerged in three stages of organizational growing stage (customer- focus, quality, time, and cost), three indicators emerged in two stages of organizational growing stage (the amount of information, flexibility, and standardization level), and four indicators emerged in only one stage of organizational growing stage (length of process, work volume, work assignment, and amount of cases) as results of the research. The conclusion from the research is that for each organizational growing stage, there are six indicators (time, customer-focus, flexibility, quality, length of process, and time) in Entrepreneurial stage, seven indicators (customer-focus, standardization level, quality, amount of information, time, cost, and flexibility) in Growth stage, and ten indicators (quality, amount of information, time, flexibility, customer-focus, standardization level, work volume, work assignment, cost, and amount of cases) in Expansion stage that lead the fulfillment of SME’s strategic goals.
