Currently, tiket.com has experienced a significant increase in the number of employees over the past year. The upward trend in the recruitment of employees is a result of the increased demand of work in each directorate within the company. Therefore, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Division of tiket.com is required to bring in new employee candidates as time goes on. However, the high number of requested recruits has made it dif icult for the TA Division and management at tiket.com to monitor the performance of the employee recruitment process, even though monitoring is crucial for establishing ef ective performance management. Based on the existing problem symptoms, a solution is needed in the form of performance management tools or systems that can integrate large and scattered data, be automated, easy to understand and use, and well standardized. Therefore, a Business Intelligence (BI) system needs to be designed for monitoring the performance of the employee recruitment process at tiket.com, which will provide advantages such as monitoring performance based on a large amount of historical data quickly, automated, easily, and standardized, thus making this performance monitoring process ef ective and ef icient. This research discusses a performance monitoring solution through the design of a Business Intelligence (BI) system consisting of 5 stages: (1) preliminary stage, (2) system requirements analysis stage, (3) BI system design stage, (4) analysis of the BI system design stage, and (5) conclusion and recommendations. The methodology for designing the BI system refers to one of the system development methods, namely the System Design Life Cycle (SDLC), which is adjusted by limiting it to the system design stage only due to time constraints. This research produce a prototype design of the BI system to monitor the recruitment process at tiket.com, assisted by the MySQL, Google DataPrep, and Google Looker Studio software. The created BI system provides 19 pieces of information that are then verified to determine the system's suitability for functional and non-functional requirements. Furthermore, the system is validated to assess whether it successfully represents the real system. The result of the BI system design can generate a dashboard, thereby shortening the time for monitoring the performance of the recruitment process from an initial 1-3 days to an average of 7 seconds. However, the BI system design can be further developed to meet the company's future needs. text |
