One of the sections that conducted the research was the Bekasi– Cawang–Kampung Melayu (Becakayu) toll road. The purpose of this is to describe the extent of the implementation of public policies regarding SPM and to evaluate the implementation of toll road SPM. The research methodology uses qualitative methods with the theory of policy analysis approaches, namely policy implementation and policy evaluation. Primary data collection includes field observations, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and secondary data in the form of documents and literature studies. This research shows that the implementation of the toll road SPM has been carried out quite well by the Becakayu toll road operator by deploying a number of special personel who control operating section to fulfill the substance contained in the SPM rules. However, it is still necessary to improve the fulfillment of each indicator in the toll road SPM in order to provide excellent service. This can be seen from the many findings that hinder users from driving such as delays in the arrest process or assistance to users who experience obstacles. Furthermore, toll road operators can always follow and adjust to any changes in public policy regarding toll road SPM. text |
