However, in reality tourism is only centered on museums, the community does not play a major role in it and does not get the expected benefits, so it does not provide benefits to the community and does not become a sustainable unified destination. To become a sustainable destination, the Sangiran Early Man Site must be able to face the threat experienced, namely the dependence of the economic system on museum tourism. This study aims to examine the resilience of tourism destinations in the Sangiran Early Man Site in terms of economic resilience with the research objective of examining the actual conditions of tourism, the impact of tourism on the economy, and the resilience of destinations from an economic perspective. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data sources derived from interviews with tourism stakeholders and field observations, and secondary data derived from reports and other supporting data. The results of this study are the actual conditions of tourism at the Sangiran Early Man Museum, the average achievement of indicator 2.5 is said to be in sufficient condition, the economic impact of tourism activities with an average achievement indicator value of 2.5 is said to be in sufficient condition, and the resilience of destinations tourism in terms of economic resilience with an average achievement indicator score of 1.9 is said to be in a poor condition, and the resilience of tourism destinations with an achievement indicator value of 2.3 is in a sufficient condition, this makes it possible to achieve sustainable tourism. To become a sustainable tourism destination requires integration between the museum and potential tourist attractions and the surrounding culture which is managed through the Sangiran Tourism Village to provide alternative tourism activities so as to minimize dependence on the Sangiran Early Man Museum text
