Summary: | The final solid waste management in Cirebon Regency is currently carried out at the Gunung
Santri solid waste management, supposedly using a controlled landfill system, but due to the
unavailability of ground cover, the operational system being implemented is open dumping. Based
on the Cirebon Regency Solid Waste Master Plan document 2016-2036, Cirebon Regency will
continue to use TPA Gunung Santri as one of the final processing sites. The land expansion is
neede in the TPA Gunung Santri considering the current landfill zone has almost exceeded its
capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to rearrange the TPA Gunung Santri in the form of adding a
new landfill site with solid waste final processing scenario that is more in line with current
conditionsAnalysis of the location of the development landfill site at the Gunung Santri TPA based
on the SNI 03-3241-1994 method obtained a total value of 545 out of 729, so that the percentage
value of achievement of the total existing value was 68.9%. So, the location of the development
landfill site can be said to be feasible because the percentage of reliability is> 50%. Another
method used is the Le Grand method with the resulting rating situation is the value = C, meaning
that the possibility of contamination is difficult to categorize, and the degree of acceptance is
"acceptable or rejected". In order to increase the location ranking on the Le Grand method and
reduce the impact of pollution that may occur at that location, it is necessary to do, including the
design of drainage channels around the site, manufacture of liner baseboards, planning the
leachate pipe system and leachate treatment plants. |
