Some of the challenges found in the cultivation of chickpeas are determining the best harvest time and fluctuations in yield. Efforts that can be made to overcome these problems are to calculate the value of Growing Degree Days to determine the harvest time based on heat accumulation and the application of livestock liquid organic fertilizer. This research aims to calculate the Thermal Requirement, determine the growth performance, and determine the productivity of bean plants (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) var. Gypsy 1 is grown with different liquid organic fertilizer treatments. The results showed that each treatment had the same Thermal Requirement value of 695.656oC days which corresponded to 52 HST as the best harvest time. The provision of liquid organic fertilizer gives a significant difference to plant height compared to the control treatment, and cow biofertilizer gives the best results and is statistically significantly different in the number of leaves parameter. The highest Relative Growth Rate value during the vegetative development phase for plant height was 0.0895 ± 0.010 cm/day in the goat biofertilizer treatment and for the number of leaves parameter was 0.1470 ± 0.032 strands/day in the guinea pig biofertilizer treatment. The highest harvest wet weight was obtained by the control treatment with an average of 111.52 g per plant then the highest number of pods was obtained by cow biofertilizer with an average of 19.4 pods per plant. As well as the highest productivity was obtained by the control treatment of 8364.15 tons/ha with the ubinan method. text |
