Summary: | Mixed Income Housing in East Jakarta is a high-rise project aimed at disrupting the forms of interaction or segregation that occur in the surrounding community. Mixed Income Housing is also designed to facilitate economic activities for its residents through the presence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) within its area. The building is designed with a special moment bearing frame System (SRPMK) and a special structural wall system (SDSK), consisting of 11 floors and two basements, constructed on a 22,140 m2 land using reinforced concrete materials. This structure is designed to withstand seismic loads in accordance with the SNI 1726:2019 regulations. The analysis procedure begins with load determination, seismic design category determination, structural analysis, and reinforcement detailing of structural components. The constructed structure has Seismic Design Category D, according to spectral acceleration parameters and building function. The structural design process is carried out using CSi ETABS software for structural modeling and analysis, as well as SpColumn for column and shear wall reinforcement.
