| Summary: | Green building as part of sustainable infrastructure is an important element for sustainability development. Indonesia as a developing country makes a rule as outlined in PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 21 of 2021 concerning Assessment of Green Buildings. In international practice, many scoring systems are used to assess green buildings such as Green Mark and Green Building Index. The purpose of this study is to obtain the level of implementation of PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 21 of 2021 in ITB XVII Engineering Laboratory project and found the suitability of the principles and practices of the regulation according to assessment systems abroad. The data used in this study were obtained from the analysis of the project data and the assessment of Green Mark and Green Building Index. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of PUPR Regulation No. 21 of 2021 in the ITB XVII Engineering Laboratory Project for technical planning is 50.91% and construction process is 56.97% with the principles and practices of regulatory instruments be found has suitability with the Green Mark and Green Building Index scoring systems.
