Description
Summary:Transit-oriented development (TOD) refers to the development that is closely connected to public transportation. TOD involves a variety of land uses, such as residential, retail, office, and others, and is characterized by high-density development. Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, is densely populated due to urbanization. Kuningan Persada is an area located in the city center, particularly Block A, which is adjacent to the Setiabudi LRT Station and Cideng River. With this potential, it is necessary to plan the TOD area with a mixed-use development concept to attract external visitors to the area using public transportation. The research methodology employed in this study involves data collection through direct observation, open street maps, and literature review. The data analysis methodology focuses on designing the TOD area in Kuningan Persada Block A using the mixed-use development concept through a fragmental design approach.
