As a result, an Automated Assessment Application for SPBE Maturity Level was developed. This application is a platform that can automatically assess SPBE documents, particularly indicators 1-10. The Final Project will focus on the development of the Text Similarity module, which is a module to determine the maturity level of the SPBE automation application. The experiments conducted in the development of the Text Similarity module utilize a combination of feature extraction techniques such as Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA), and FastText. Subsequently, the model will be classified using Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, and K-Nearest Neighbor classifiers. The final outcome of this Final Project is the establishment of an automated assessment application for SPBE documents.
