| Summary: | Vehicles are one of the valuable assets owned by many humans. In Indonesia, the
ownership certificate is indicated by the BPKB. There are several issues in the life
cycle of vehicles, especially during ownership transfers. Additionally, there is cur-
rently no clear information center in Indonesia regarding Vehicles. Consequently,
there are many vulnerabilities to fraud, such as changes in the speedometer, spare
parts, etc.
This final project research aims to implement the development of a vehicle informa-
tion recording system and a more secure ownership transfer system using blockcha-
in technology. The chosen blockchain type is private blockchain, and Hyperledger
Fabric is used as the implementation tool for this system. The system is expected to
address the aforementioned issues.
After evaluation and testing, the developed system operates effectively and delivers
the expected results. It surpasses the previous manual system by ensuring that all
transactions are more secure and data cannot be altered. All data changes are
recorded in each entity, thus eliminating any fraudulent activities present in the
previous system. |
