INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/74129 Ferizy is an online ferry ticket booking application managed by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. Based on the Apple App Store's review, Ferizy users mentioned that the application is difficult to use, impractical, and lacks security. The app's rating on the Apple App Store is only 2.6 out of 5. Therefore, the Ferizy application needs to be redesigned in such a way as to improve user comfort and usability. In this final project, a research study will be conducted to design an interaction design that can address the issues in the Ferizy app. The research will be conducted using the user- centered design method, which means the design process will prioritize and revolve around the users' needs. The three golden rules will also be applied in the interaction design process. To identify the problems and user needs, a questionnaire will be distributed to e-ticketing app users, and interviews will be conducted with Ferizy app users. The problems and needs that were found were then designed into a high- fidelity prototype developed using the Flutter framework. The results of the high- fidelity prototype design will be tested using two usability testing methods: the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Single Ease Question (SEQ). The testing results show that all tasks in the SEQ testing were completed with a 100% success rate. The average SEQ score obtained from the high-fidelity prototype testing is 6.97 out of a maximum score of 7. This indicates that the designed prototype meets the usability goals of being effective to use and having good usability. The next testing conducted was the SEQ testing, and the average SEQ score obtained from the high-fidelity prototype testing is 98 out of a maximum score of 100. This shows that the designed prototype meets the usability goals of being efficient to use. text |
