| Summary: | Green building construction will be the direction of future development as it is part of sustainable infrastructure. Maintenance is the activity of preserving the reability of buildings, along with their infrastructure and facilities, to ensure their continued functionality. In carrying out maintenance work, adherence to maintenance guidelines is essential. The aim of this research is to identify the existing conditions of maintenance stages and maintenance of green buildings, as well as identify factors that influence the success of implementing maintenance of green buildings. This research is a case study of x building. After conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires, the result reveal that x building goes trough every necessary stage and prepares all required documents. In x building, factors related to organization, technical aspects, finances, and building users are classified as highly influential factors affecting the implementation, while resource-related factors are considered influential factors. |
