We know that there are so many method that can be used in material and nanostructure fabrication, and the most aplicative method in material fabrication are spray drying and spray pyrolysis. Both method are using droplet which size is about 6-10 micrometer to create particle. By steaming (drying) the solution from inside the droplet, the material that exist inside the droplet will change its shape to a solid particle. Parameter of material fabrication in this method are very important. This thesis will discuss about spray drying and spray pyrolysis reactor prototype using ultrasonic nebulizer as the atomizing of the droplet, and a controllable multistep heater. Further, this thesis will discuss about TiO2 nanostructure and Y2O3:Eu particle material deposition ability. To get the information about its size, shape and marphology, the material are characterized using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). text |
