This research was carried out in Tibar Bay, which is located 10 km from the western part of the city of Dili, with coordinates 8o34'22"S-125o28'28"E. The study area is composed of quarter deposits. The purpose of this study is to find out how much liquefaction can occur in the area, especially on the deck wall. The method used is liquefaction vulnerability analysis using the Boulanger and Idriss (2005) method to determine the behavior that appears in the form of sand-like or clay-like. Meanwhile, liquefaction triggering analysis uses laboratory test data and field test data. Based on liquefaction vulnerability analysis, it is found that at some depths it has a very high vulnerability to liquefaction where sand-like has a high vulnerability to liquefaction because it has an SBI value = 1, here SBI = 1.1 indicates sand like and SBI = 0.0 Clay like. In liquefaction triggering analysis where the value of the safty factor is less than one from the result of the division of CRR value to CSR. The earthquake scenario used was 7 Mw with a peak ground acceleration (PGA) of 0.35 g. The results of liquefaction triggering analysis show that each drilled well has a different level of vulnerability based on a certain depth. text
