The development of Mixed Income Housing in East Jakarta caused many changes to the traffic behavior of its environment. Transportation modelling was performed, first to figure out how much traffic it generates and attracts by doing the trip rate analysis method. Then, the trip distribution was arranged by organizing an origin destination (OD) matrix. Mode choice was a factor in the changes of the traffic behavior and route choice was also being done to act as a solution to traffic problems that might develop later. After all of the four steps were done, then the traffic impact analysis at the closest intersection was carried out. To support all of the transportation activities of Mixed Income Housing, vehicle access circulation and parking layouts were being designed with the addition of 2 levels basement. The parking needs were designed using parking space units and the basement ramps were also organized. As a supporting aspect, the thickness of rigid pavement was also carefully designed to be utilized on the parking lot. Lastly, the pavement thickness was designed based on soil condition and traffic load estimation.
