The Pesanggrahan Public Library in South Jakarta City is designed to have a function as a public reading infrastructure. In addition, this library is a place for community gatherings because it is equipped with an auditorium, restaurant, green open space, exhibitions, workshops, and a vegetation roof as a gathering place. Effective and efficient construction management is needed to realize the construction planning of the Pesanggrahan Public Library. Construction engineering management planning includes determining construction implementation methods, scheduling construction projects, and estimating construction costs. The construction method includes preparatory work, soil, lower structure, and upper structure. The construction method used is the bottom-up construction method, with a secant pile that serves as a soil retaining wall. The library project began on January 2, 2023, and will end on September 29, 2023, with a total construction duration of 222 days. The estimated construction cost in the project implementation budget plan is Rp 80,120,138,592, and the project cost budget plan is Rp 93,380,021,530.
