This polluted status is certainly worrying considering that the Citarum River is a source of water for various regions. On the other hand, Bandung, as one of the "contributors" of pollutants through Citarum tributaries, also continues to make efforts to reduce the increase in pollutant load entering the water body. It was reported that in Pasirluyu Village, 53% of the community still practiced open defecation At the end of 2021, the West Java Government through the Citarum Harum Program and PT SCG collaborated in the development of community-based infrastructure in the form of MCK / Water Reuse Communal Toilets in Pasirluyu Village. However, based on CWIS TAHub data in 2021, the condition of community-based sanitation infrastructure in Indonesia is deplorable. Efforts are needed to ensure the sustainability of sanitation infrastructure in Indonesia, moreover infrastructure that has a wastewater recycling system. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors and subfactors that determine the sustainability of this water reuse infrastructure. The method that will be used is divided into 3, namely Focus Group Discussion to determine the factors and sub-factors of sustainability that will be analyzed in the study, Analysis of the main factors of sustainability from the point of view of the experts in this field (Non-User Stakeholder) with a pairwise comparison approach and Analysis of the main factors of sustainability according to the community as a stakeholder as well as users and managers of infrastructure (User Stakeholder) with the Structural Equation Model approach. The results obtained show that Institution is the main factor according to Non-User Stakeholders with Priority Vector 0.27. From the User Stakeholder perspective, Technology is the main factor with a path coefficient of 0.351. Finance is the second main factor from each perspective. The main key to implementing an infrastructure sustainability strategy is the pro-active attitude of the manager, the high enthusiasm of the community and the number of stakeholders that must be involved to encourage efforts to Sustain Water Reuse Infrastructure in Kelurahan Pasirluyu. text
