Summary: | The distribution of Cash Social Assistance (BST) funds in Indonesia is still characterized by various problems, such as corruption and delays in the distribution of social assistance funds. On the other hand, Bank Indonesia is also developing a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) that will be built using blockchain. Therefore, digitalizing the BST distribution process using smart contracts on the blockchain is one of the efforts that could be made to reduce the problems that exist in the BST distribution process. Based on the analysis conducted, the blockchain platform chosen to digitalize the BST distribution process is Hyperledger Iroha. Hyperledger Iroha was chosen because Hyperledger Iroha is a permissioned and private blockchain that is also mobile friendly. In the fund distribution system on the blockchain, a social assistance program will be abstracted as a smart contract. Then, users in the system can interact with smart contracts through client applications. There are three client applications in the system, namely the Beneficiary Family (KPM) mobile application, the social assistance distributor web application, and the identity verifier web application. Based on the test results that have been carried out, it is found that, with the blockchain configuration in this final project, the blockchain network has a throughput of around 20 transactions/s. |
