This condition can interfere with women's activities and productivity, causing interruptions in teaching and learning activities at school/campus and work. The ease of access to information and knowledge regarding menstruation and how to deal with it will influence the actions and behaviors of sufferers. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of knowledge among female college students regarding dysmenorrhea and to assess the behavior patterns of female students in overcoming it. A cross-sectional survey of 404 female students of Bandung Institute of Technology was conducted using an online questionnaire. The data source used is primary data derived from questionnaires. The research analysis used is descriptive and inferential analysis Based on the results, the dominant School of Pharmacy’s students had a poor knowledge level of 48.51%, followed by a good knowledge level of 45.05%, and a poor knowledge level of 6.44%. The knowledge level of non-Pharmacy’ students was also dominantly moderate (51.49%), followed by less (35.15%), and good (31.37%). Furthermore, female students of Bandung Institute of Technology tend to have poor behavior regarding pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy in dealing with dysmenorrhea, with 80.69% of School of Pharmacy’s students and 87.13% of non-Pharmacy’s students. The level of knowledge of dysmenorrhea is significantly different between School of Pharmacy’s students and non-pharmacy’s students (p = 0.000). According to the results, there was no significant difference in behavior between pharmacy’s students and nonpharmacy’s students in overcoming dysmenorrhea (p = 0.238), but there was a weak positive relationship (r = 0.115) and a significant relationship (p = 0.021) between knowledge and behavior about overcoming dysmenorrhea. text
