Summary: | Many of speech synthesis are wellknown by synthesis researchers. It has been studying and researching more. The needed of speech synthesizer is for helping people in activity and beeing motivation in work. It’s been found that speech synthesizer in Indonesian is rarely, so it’s necessary to researches it. As growing of technology, speech synthesizer especially articulatory was intent to research. Through this, the development of Indonesian synthesizer can be increased and contribute to them.
Base models are available, needed to determine the parameters for somebody in language. This methode is expected for simple and short time synthesis. Synthetic speech was created by echo each phoneme. It’s represented in speech waveform with short periode than speech in a sentence. Accuracy of parameter values will produce a suitable vocal tract which flow the air through out as sounds. The parameter values are changed to reach a suitable formant frequency as echo phonemes. Suitable formant frequency between target and model is necessary to create an accurate formant frequency.
- midsagittal profile,

- vocal tract area,

- a set of articulator values

- speech signal target and model
