The high population density encourages the movement and mobility of the population so it requires a good transportation system with supporting facilities and facilities, of which the Terminal is one. Baranangsiang Terminal belongs to the passenger terminal type A and is the largest main terminal in Bogor City. However, on the other hand, Baranangsiang Terminal still has weaknesses in terms of providing facilities and services so that it can affect the level of passenger satisfaction. The study aims to analyze the suitability of Baranangsiang Terminal services based on terminal maintenance service standards and passenger satisfaction. This research method uses a primary data collection method that includes direct observation activities or observation and submission of questionnaires directly to respondents. The analytical methods used in this study include qualitative descriptive analysis of service suitability and analysis of passenger satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis, it was obtained that there were 22 of 41 Baranangsiang Terminal service indicators that did not sufficiently meet the minimum size or standard of maintenance service of a terminal according to the Permanent Communications No.40 Year 2015. Based on the results of the calculation of the level of satisfaction known large percentage passenger satisfaction rate with the service of Baranangsiang Terminal was 62.05% or quite satisfied with the confidence range of (58%-65.57%). There are services that are assessed as the main priority for repairs, namely the availability of toilets with clean conditions, the availing of private facilities/mushola facilities, special space for nursing mothers, facilities for disabled persons (disability), and facilities and health workers in the terminal area. text |
