At this time, data is one of the most valuable resources. Every business that is currently running must have data that must be maintained and stored in a structured manner. With an information system, the data can be stored neatly and centrally. PT Gabungan Era Mandiri is a seller of refrigerated truck services that contributes to cold chain logistics in Indonesia. One way to improve a company's competitiveness is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's business activities. In this research, an information system will be designed that aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of PT Gabungan Era Mandiri's procurement system. The procurement system of PT Gabungan Era Mandiri currently has several problems consisting of an ineffective supplier selection system, manual data updating processes, data stored spread across different databases, and data access that takes a long time. Therefore, a supplier selection system was designed using an analytic hierarchy process and an information system with Odoo ERP based on the proposed business processes that have been made to carry out supplier selection effectively, integrate processes, and store data in an orderly and structured manner in one database. . The supplier selection system using AHP has succeeded in producing the best alternative supplier. Information system prototype with preconfigured Odoo ERP passed verification and validation. Verification is carried out by answering the needs of the proposed business processes with the configurations that have been made. Validation is carried out by responding to information system requirements in the form of functional and non-functional requirements, as well as stakeholder needs. An information system prototype using ERP Odoo is suggested to be implemented by the logistics division of PT Gabungan Era Mandiri.
