Before PT. XYZ executes the development of budget inn and service apartment require to be conducted by feasibility study to determine the competent for business and development strategy to be use. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The Aspects that having an effect are aspect of marketing, technique aspect and aspect of financial, and also required analysis of SWOT to know the condition of external and is internal of company. The feasibility study becomes a basis to determine the development strategy plans to be conducted. Strategy plans to be executed are by all at once development and in phases development using loan from the bank during 5 and 10 years. And also analyses sensitivities to know value of the lowest IRR compare with rate occupancy. Result of from the study feasibility indicate that development strategy at the same time with loan to bank during 5 year owning value Performa of best investment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The study feasibility calculation result is used to formulate loan proposal to bank and also for determining development and marketing strategy of inn budget and of service apartment to be implemented. <br /> text
