The issue of coordination has become one of the strategic problems in managing an organization. The focus on developing Panundaan Tourism Village, which has experienced stagnation for approximately twelve years, is crucial for realizing the vision and mission of the region's progress. Therefore, Panundaan Tourism Village needs to implement improvements that start with its human resources involved in management. To achieve this, coordination among organizations and all stakeholders involved in tourism village management is necessary. This research aims to analyze the relevant stakeholders and examine their roles through stakeholder analysis, as well as study the inter-organizational networks in the context of collaboration. A qualitative approach is employed in this study, presenting data in matrices, and providing clearer and measurable descriptions. The research findings indicate that the relationships among stakeholders suffer from significant coordination issues, resulting in a lack of clear information pathways within the inter-organizational networks. In the analyzed dimensions, the Inter-Organizational Network in Panundaan Tourism Village is characterized by a small, unstructured, complex, non-autonomous network with ambitious goals. This problem is further exacerbated by the lack of approval for the new Pokdarwis, leading to stagnation and a lack of significant development in Panundaan Tourism Village.
