DECISION MAKING ANALYSIS IN DECIDING PREFERRED ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT OF PT SELENA LINEN USING ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS METHOD

The main objective of this thesis is to facilitate the understanding and mechanism of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) using the ISO 31000 standard that can be implemented and adapted by a well-established hotel linen manufacturer in Bandung based on the level of impact and likelihood which are influenced by the recovery of the hotel industry after facing a downturn due to COVID-19. Recovery is indicated by an increase in the number of hotel occupancies in all provinces in Indonesia from the data of 2019 to 2022. The research uses a qualitative approach through data analysis using questionnaires and interviews with 3 company stakeholders who are decision makers. Questionnaire results related to identified risks are processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The risks have an influence on market, operational, financial, supply chain, legal or regulated, security and reputational. Inappropriate warehouse and late payment are the risks with the highest exposure while the lowest are reputation, tax regulations and raw material theft incidents. Ultimately, for the risk mitigation plan, there will be 21 risks to reduce, 4 risks to accept, 2 risks to share and 1 risk to avoid.
