The need for digital learning in Indonesia is increasing, especially in companies that are starting to shift from conventional learning to digital learning. PT Centrinova Solusi Edukasi (Centrinova), as a digital learning solution provider in Indonesia, sees that optimizing production in digital learning development projects is very necessary at this time. The rapidly changing character of digital business, the complexity of the project process, and the large amount of learning material from clients with various backgrounds in industries require a knowledge management approach to improve production at Centrinova. Furthermore, despite an increase in total revenue, Centrinova is facing business issues with a declining net profit margin percentage. This mixed method research begins by assessing the readiness of knowledge management at Centrniova using Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Knowledge Management (KM) Tools and semi-structured interviews to obtain the position of knowledge management readiness and critical knowledge needed in digital learning development. Based on these analysis results, an implementation approach to knowledge management is designed with following KM Strategy: to increase the use of digital technology currently owned, people development especially for soft skills, and increase collaborative culture among employees. The implementation of knowledge management is presented in a design to form four organizational enablers and KM initiatives complete with their implementation schedules. text
