Mentoring can reduce stress from studying or working. It could also change someone's life to be better or greater than before. When the effectiveness of the mentoring program is good, it will greatly enhance daily life work or study. This research is conducted in the School of Business and Management in Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM ITB). The students in SBM ITB are always having stress during their TPB period (semester 1 and 2) and that is why the non- academic mentoring program is being held. However, the students implied that the mentoring process is not effective to be able to help them in their campus life. This research is conducted in order to identify the influence of Emotional and Psychological Support, Career and Degree Support, Academic Subject Knowledge Support, The Availability of Role Models toward non-academic mentoring effectiveness. The influence can be positive or negative. To collect the data, the researcher used a quantitative method by utilizing an online questionnaire that was distributed to all of the SBM ITB who had followed the non-academic mentoring program which consists of 105 students. This study support the hypothesis that the Career and Degree Support, Academic Subject Knowledge Support, The Availability of Role Models has positive influence towards the non-academic mentoring effectiveness but reject the hypothesis that Emotional and Psychological Support has positive influence because it is giving negative influence towards the non-academic mentoring effectiveness. This research gives recommendations to the KMM ITB (the student organization who managed this program) and SBM ITB (who collaborated with KMM ITB in this program) to implement Career and Degree Support, Academic Subject Knowledge Support, The Availability of Role Models based on the finding that those factors are able to give positive influence towards non-academic mentoring effectiveness. text
