Indonesian government through the Ministry of Industry encourages the transformation to Industry 4.0 with the development of INDI 4.0 to measure the readiness of industry to transform to Industri 4.0. PT Dirgantara Indonesia as a state-owned business, is expected to get minimum score 3.5/4.0 to be said ready to transform to Industry 4.0 To achive that, PTDI try to automate one of their production lines, that is dural line because it is expected to be overload in 2023. The existing condition in shop floor, QC log book for process parameters is still done manually and takes up to 3 hours to complete 50-100 sheets of log book. Therefore, the author tries to automate these activities by designing digital log book with parameter data obtained from the data acquisition system that will be design in this study. The methodology used in this study is Engineering Design Process (EDP) which consist of identify the problem phase, understand phase, ideate phase, evaluate phase, prototype & test phase, and communicate your solution phase. The phases will be specified into steps to develop data acquisition system and log book system. The study resulted data acquisition system design for voltage, current, and pH. Moreover, the study also resulted log book system design for process parameters with data obtained from data acquisition system in this study and previous studies. The result tested in prototype with various scenarios. From the test results, it can be conclude that the system can acquire parameters data from tanks and process it into QC log book. Therefore, anodizing process has not run like real condition due to the limitation of the hardware used. text
