This disesase is known the gate of other heart and cadiovascular diseases by the increased in blood
pressure and can cause leading cardiovascular problems. In 2021, there are 400.000 deaths in
Indonesia caused by hypertension and mostly they attack the age of above 55 years old.
Hypertension is caused by the increasing of age, poor nutritional intake, and also mental health
conditions such as stress and anxiety.
That is why it is necessary to adopt a healthy lifestyle by reducing stress and consuming healthy
and balanced nutritional food for the elderly who no longer have the ability to exercise most of the
time. Stress and diet are the limitations of this resort that offers a healing process through a stress-
relief program and good diet for seniors by implementing biophilic design that is hoped to become
a tourist attraction for senior vacation and adopting a healthy lifestyle to prevent hypertension
along the way. |
