Tuban is said to have been successful in the production phase for the creative industry, but Tuban does not yet have a supportive platform that acts as a melting pot of the creative industry and the culture of the surrounding area, a place for local creative actors to connect, collaborate, introduce the products they sell, and build their practices and share them. community to participate in artistic and creative activities in various media. This is a problem for the progress of the creative economy actors in the city of Tuban. In addition, Tuban also has a few facilities that have an attraction for people outside and within the city to come and visit the place with pleasure. From this background, this design has the goal of creating a place that can integrate creative economy actors in the city of Tuban so that they have a place to sell and gather. with the aim of making it easier to introduce their original work to the public as well as building an atmosphere that can attract all members of the public to visit the place with pleasure and feel comfortable entering the facility regardless of economic status or preference. The research method used in this design is conducting literature studies, field observations, and direct interviews with parties related to the resort to obtain the data needed in the design. Field observations with the drivers of the creative economy in the city of Tuban (Karya Cah Tuban) were conducted in the city of Tuban. The Creative Space design project is intended as the main facility to accommodate iv original local creative products for creative players in the city of Tuban. The designed facilities provide five main areas, namely commercial area, education area, collaboration area, incubation area, and management area. These five areas are the lifeblood of this Creative Space design. This facility has as its main target audience the general public, especially tourists from out of town. The design that was built is expected to be able to embrace the people of Tuban to come visit, and make it a gathering place for them. This then produces three main keywords which are used as reference for design, namely Guyub (Integrating), Grapyak (Embracing), and Gumebyar (Different). Keywords are implemented in other concepts in this design, such as lighting, air conditioning, material and color selection, and building shapes to answer solutions to existing problems. text
