Summary:This design to increase the productivity of the people of Pangadegan Rancakalong Sumedang Village through the fields of education and the creative economy so that they can utilize and process existing resources so as to reduce unemployment rates, increase the potential of human resources, and improve the village economy. This is in line with the objectives of LMDH Paniis, which aim to assist Perhutani and the government in improving the community's economy by preserving forests and the environment and increasing water sources, which have an impact on the interests of the community. LMDH was formed on 12 February 2007, and has produced three types of superior seeds, which have resulted in five superior products that have been certified. From 2007 to 2014, LMDH actively participated in outside training programs and took part in competitions, which resulted in three championship awards in 2014 and once in 2016. The data in this study were gathered from observations, literature studies, and in-depth interviews with informants. The results of the analysis reveal that the potential developed by LMDH can empower unemployed youth, empower village natural potential, and develop agribusiness and businesses that are now alternatives. The developments and results that have been implemented by LMDH are good, but the results can only be felt by the old management. Therefore, it is necessary to have a place that sells and provides training for the younger generation, especially teenagers who cannot go to school, by building partnerships with the community, forestry, and local government. A "Paniis Coffee Training" facility, which will be a solution for supporting facilities for coffee farming. Designed by creating a dynamic and conducive environment concept, encouraging its users to always move and develop their innovations.
